Simen calls you
Within 48 hours. Not a sales call. It's a 20-minute conversation about your body, your sleep position, your temperature, and what isn't working right now. This interview is also how we understand what to build for you.

Your system gets configured
Based on the call, your exact 7-zone layout is decided before anything is made. Seven zones. Five firmness options per zone. Your configuration, not a standard one.

Built by hand in Belgium
Your mattress is made over 6 to 8 weeks. Three layers of pure Hevea latex, finished in organic cotton and natural wool. No production line. Every layer inspected by hand.

White-glove delivery
Assembled in your bedroom. You come home to a made bed, ready to sleep in that night. Included for all pilot customers.

We measure what happens
You wear your Oura or WHOOP. We record your sleep baseline before delivery and measure again at six weeks. Deep sleep, REM, HRV, resting heart rate. This data feeds directly into our research project with our Belgian producer.
