How does the ordering process work?
1. Complete the Sleep Blueprint Quiz. 2. We review your Blueprint personally and contact you within 24 hours to finalise your zone configuration. 3. You confirm the order and pay (card or bank transfer). 4. Your system is handcrafted over 6–8 weeks. 5. Choose standard delivery (included) or add white-glove at checkout. 6. After at least four weeks of real sleep, if a zone feels less than perfect, reach out for your Fine-Tuning.
What is the Fine-Tuning?
After at least four weeks of sleeping on your new Vespera system, you can request one Fine-Tuning if a zone feels less than perfect. Because every Vespera mattress has seven individually removable zones, the perfect configuration is often already inside the mattress. In most cases, fine-tuning means swapping two zones — for example, moving a softer zone from the knees up to the shoulders. It takes two minutes and requires no new components. In rare cases, we ship a replacement zone in a different firmness. One Fine-Tuning per system, available within 90 days of delivery. Included in the price.
Can I track my sleep with a wearable?
Yes — and Vespera encourages it. If you wear an Oura Ring or WHOOP, we recommend recording your baseline sleep for 2–4 weeks before your system arrives. We then compare your deep sleep, REM, HRV and resting heart rate six weeks after installation. The numbers tend to speak for themselves.
Why only Oura and WHOOP?
Oura and WHOOP are designed primarily as recovery and sleep-quality wearables, with continuous PPG sensing and academically validated sleep-stage classification. Other wearables can be useful for general fitness, but their sleep-stage and HRV measurement is less precise — and Vespera measures quality. We support only the wearables that can document the actual effect.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Vespera's Fine-Tuning exists precisely to make sure the system fits your body. If after the fine-tuning your sleep configuration still does not feel right, we will work with you individually to find a solution. Because the system is custom-made to your body, we do not offer returns — but we do offer a commitment to keep refining until the configuration is the right one.
How long does delivery take?
From the moment your Sleep Blueprint is finalised, your Vespera is handcrafted in Belgium over 6–8 weeks. Delivery follows immediately after — standard delivery is included with every order. White-glove delivery is available as an option at checkout, from € 250.
Are the materials really 100% natural?
Yes. Every Vespera mattress is 100% natural rubber from the Hevea tree, certified to GOLS — the Global Organic Latex Standard. The covers are GOTS-certified organic cotton and Texel wool. The bed frames are FSC-certified European ash. No memory foam, no springs, no synthetic fibres, no chemical adhesives, no flame retardants. Eight independent certifications stand behind every layer.
How long does a Vespera last?
The mattress is built for twenty years of structural elasticity. Synthetic foams break down in 5–8 years and develop body impressions; natural rubber holds its shape and responsiveness for over twenty years. Every zone is independently replaceable — meaning your Vespera can adapt with you as your body changes, rather than being replaced.
